Volunteers that are 50+ are Volunteering at New York Non-Profit
The adult Literacy Partners now have a total of 150 volunteers. About 1/3 of them are over the age of 50 and 19% of them have been volunteering for more than five years. Many find it humble to give back and dedicate their time to a great cause. Not only does it make you feel good, you are also improving the life of others.
