We are seeking a Volunteer Services Manager to support the Inova Loudoun Hospital.

Individual contributor role responsible for managing the volunteer services function at ILH. Role includes engaging, selecting and assigning volunteers to various areas of the Inova Loudoun Hospital Campus (Lansdowne, Cornwall, Ashburn). Responsible for on-boarding all personnel and maintaining relationships with hospital departments to develop and continue terrific volunteer programs. Meets with community groups and attends functions to encourage volunteer service and community connectivity to the hospital. Must be able to manage time effectively and handle all types of inquiries from the hospital personnel and the general public.

3 -5 years professional experience with increased responsibility. Experience with managing a volunteer function.
Bachelors Degree in relevant field
Training in group process, influence and team building
Ability to plan,organize & schedule in an efficient & productive manner. Public speaking/presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Excellent computer skills to include the ability to interpret data and run reports from Web based system.
