About the Job KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Education, Administration, Communications or related field required. Administrative or supervisory experience in a health care facility or community agency.Requires good interpersonal skills to work with people of diverse backgrounds, skills and abilities, as well as teenagers.Requires written and verbal communication skills.Requires knowledge of State and Federal laws regarding youth.Computer skills with ability to learn Meditech and Volunteer Works.Shift Monday-Friday 12PM-7PMAbout Us The Lahey Model of Care—right care, right time, right place—is exactly what patients, providers and payers need and deserve.
