\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eRESPONSIBILITIES\u003c/strong\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model and the Full-Service Partnership (FSP) model associated with the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA). Each of these models provides services available 24 hours per day,365 days per year, doing \u0022Whatever It Takes\u0022.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Performs assessments, and alcohol and drug screening of clients and presents at team meetings.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Provides expertise in the areas of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders to interdisciplinary team.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Interacts therapeutically with clients in the milieu and in the community and demonstrates boundaries consistent with professional standards.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Completes all charting and documentation as contractually required and in timely manner as dictated by program requirements.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Serves as part of the on-call team, fulfilling all work requirements of this program component.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Conducts Alcohol and drug rehabilitative services, including individual, group and family services, in the client\u0026rsquo;s home, community, field work and on-site.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Assists in determining client eligibility for Medical enrollment assistance.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Displays regular and reliable attendance. Reports to and departs from work on time, as scheduled, and accurately reflects all time on timecard.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Successfully functions as a team member.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Aids in general management of center including running errands as assigned.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Completes all assigned duties within the time frame and according to the standards as established by the Program Manager. Complies with all MHS and program rules, policies and procedures including HIPAA standards.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Demonstrates commitment to professional growth by attending in-service trainings and staff development programs and seeking out supervision when needed.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Demonstrates adequate care and responsibility for equipment. Reports and/or repairs missing or damaged equipment and supplies.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Ensures facilities upkeep and safety by maintaining neat and clean work areas, by securing work area at close of business day, and by reporting vandalism, theft, or suspicion of drug abuse by coworkers to supervisor as soon as possible.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Familiar with and understands Mental Health Systems, Inc.
