POSITION SUMMARY\r
Successfully promote and support the mission of CCNEK as guided by the Catholic Social Teachings while working through the development, implementation and management of assigned programming. Provide leadership and direction to the team of Program Managers and Coordinators within these programs. Council department and all subordinate staff on the CCNEK vision and implementation of programming. Ensure resources, trainings and tools that are provided are appropriate, secure and assist in effective and efficient program delivery.  This position will work closely with our Refugee and Immigration programs as well as continued development of workforce initiatives.   \r
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES\r
\r
Direct programming pertaining to all assigned programs and ministries within the CCNEK. \r
Ensure effective collaboration with the VP of Mission Operations and all staff toward the planning of and provisioning of services and establish synergies with related internal programs and external agencies to serve those in need.\r
Provide leadership and direction within the framework of the CCNEK's mission and values with staff, volunteers and the community.\r
Represent the CCNEK and be responsible for networking and developing positive working relationships with community agencies as well as funding agencies to expand and improve services.\r
Provide oversight to all assigned programs components within CCNEK including ensuring successful program development, implementation, evaluation and coordination of services. Ensure that programs are in compliance with funding regulations, program goals, and stakeholder expectations.\r
Identify community needs and maintain existing programming, establish services or develop partnerships with other agencies to address those needs.\r
Responsible for the supervision of coordinators and program specialist including accountability of hiring, development of staff, appraising performance, rewarding and discipline, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. Includes being available to coach all team members as needed with monthly supervision of each independently.\r
Recruit, manage, and develop high performing teams of professional and mission-centered staff and volunteers; ensure that all are duly trained in procedures, policies, and applications associated with their job and when appropriate, are licensed to provide effective, efficient, and high quality services to all clients.\r
Responsible for assigned program budgets across the CCNEK, reviewing monthly detailed expense and income reports and working closely with subordinates and VP of Mission Operations to develop and adherence to yearly budgets.\r
Function as a good steward of resources provided by the CCNEK, volunteers, and donors. Ensure that goods, services, and monies arc distributed equitably, consistently, and within CCNEK and federal guidelines.\r
Establish and deliver expected outputs and outcomes for strengthening programs that include the assurance that all statistical information is received, inputted, and recorded accurately and timely.\r
Utilize volunteer support, where appropriate, to enhance resources available to more effectively serve clients and proactively recruit volunteers while in the community.\r
Works with the Grants Department to maintain and seek Federal, State, Local and private funding to support current service area programming and ensures that programming meets or exceeds programmatic and funding requirements. Provides outcome data as needed for reporting and grant development.\r
Prepares reports and communications with the VP of Mission Operations to promote public and internal understanding of programming.\r
Involvement in the community through presentations, facility tours, community meeting participation, and attendance at events. \r
Travel as necessary to ensure all of our operations are being managed closely.\r

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\r
\r
Establish and develop highly effective relationships with all department members, community agencies, federal agencies, and the internal Catholic Charities senior leadership team.\r
Maintain clearly defined measurements of performance that include client and program statistics, financial data, billing information, and service evaluation results.\r
Provide recommendation in the establishment oversee implementation of operational strategies and tactics, budgets, and goals.\r
Effectively hire, train, direct, and supervise staff. Provide direction, leadership and coaching to staff. Manage conflict, promote positive change and growth, and inspire staff to produce highly effective teams and results.\r
Collaborate with VP of Mission Operations in order to evolve programming to meet the surrounding community's populations needs. Maintain, implement, and develop programming and funding support these programs.\r
Act as the face of the department in presenting information to both internal and external vested parties. \r

POSITION REQUIREMENTS\r
\r
Bachelor's degree in related field required. A Masters in Social Work with an Administrative emphasis is preferred.\r
Demonstrate strong business acumen in the ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate complex data, financial data, and related measures of operational performance in an accurate and objective manner.\r
Three plus years in supervision and in designing and developing social service programming. \r

Demonstrate success at designing, developing, operating and implementing programs which meet the needs of the disadvantaged or underserved.\r
Proven managerial skills and the ability to recruit, develop, and coach high performing teams of service professionals and volunteers.\r
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.\r
Ten plus years of supervisory experience.\r
High level volunteer management experience required.\r
