BH Link is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic multidisciplinary clinical team. BH Link is a 24/7 behavioral health crisis and triage center which provides individuals who are 18 and older with an array of services which include crisis assessments, referrals to additional resources, and coordination of care with outside providers. LCDP's provide services side-by-side with experienced Registered Nurses and behavioral health workers and have access 24/7 to phone consultation with senior clinical staff.
LCDP duties include assisting in providing behavioral health triage and assessment services; facilitation of acute stabilization, detoxification, and inpatient admissions; as well as the opportunity to participate in mobile, community-based assessments. Applicant must have LCDP or MA in the human service field with at least 1 year of experience working within a behavioral health, inpatient, or acute care setting. Knowledge of trauma informed care a plus. While an MA degree is not required for this position, all
MA level candidates will also receive 4-6 weeks of specialized training to become a qualified mental health
professional (QMHP
) in the state of Rhode Island.
All staff must be vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless a certified medical exemption accommodation is granted. Proof of vaccination must be shown upon hire.
