Job Description u25cf Managing and supervising the OD team; specifically OD Specialists. u25cf Provide communication between OD Specialists and Executive Director. u25cf Establish collaborative work environment. u25cf Organize and lead the monthly departmental meetings to follow up on projects updates and set up future expectations. u25cf Write a Weekly Newsletter in collaboration with all OD specialists and the co-director by delivering updated information on the projectsu2019 progress. u25cf Build Organizational Structure u25cf Initiate and ensure proper implementation of the Executive Coaching program. u25cf Plan the long term visionary projects to ensure organizational effectiveness and successful work results. u25cf Promote collaboration between the organization and other companies, such as Jobs for Youth and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology for recruitment of future interns. u25cf Supervise and monitor outside consultant who works on special projects. u25cf Develop a code of conduct, departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures that align with the organizationu2019s mission. u25cf Determine staff requirements, interview, hire and work with new employees on specific projects. u25cf Keep track of the weekly hours for consultants. u25cf Attend professional meetings, training workshops, and read publications on the field to enhance professional competence. Qualifications u25cf Bachelors Degree. Masters preferred. u25cf Have some work experience in HR, OD, I/O Psychology related field.
